With Covid-19 continuing to evolve and with recent Government announcements in mind, Luxury Paints would like to update our valued customers and our community as we continue to work through what these changes mean for our manufacturing plant, stores and customers.
At this stage, our focus is on the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers and our community. Luxury Paints continue to take steps to keep our staff and customers safe in line with direction from the Government and medical experts.
At this stage, our manufacturing plant and stores remain open to serve our valued reseller, trade and retail customers. Operating hours may be adjusted to suit changes and management will update our customers to minimise any impact this might cause.
As our team continues to serve our customers in store, we have put the following procedures in place in the interest of public safety;
- We are practising the social distancing rule of 1.5 metre and appreciate if you do the same.
- Our stores and equipment are regularly cleaned and sanitised.
- We are asking staff who are displaying flu-like symptoms to refrain from coming to work.
- We would also ask that if you are feeling unwell, please take care of yourself and those around you. Should this be the case and you would
prefer not to visit our stores, we are more than happy to assist by calling any one of our branches, emailing us at info@luxurypaints.com.au or via direct message on Facebook.
- We accept payment by EFTpos, Visa, Mastercard and American Express and are sanitising our merchant terminals after every use. Preference to
Paypass (Tap n Go) where possible.
- We are accepting orders over the phone (or by email at info@luxurypaints.com.au) if you prefer
to call or email ahead to minimise your wait time in our stores.
